Tasting notes; Fresh yet full-bodied. Notes of citrus and melons along with some nice salinity. High acidity. Goes well with seafood, padrón peppers and burrata.

The parcel that this wine is grown on was actually grown as an experiment. Unfortunately, there was no natural home for the wine and it was destined to be blended away into large tanks of Sauvignon Blanc. Luckily, Rick, the caped crusader got his hands on it to can it as a single varietal wine.
